Greetings Brothers and Happy Black History Month!

In addition to the celebration of Black History Month, the genesis of which we are all familiar with, the conferring of honorary degrees by historically black colleges and universities has served as another structural and cultural practice of recognizing and celebrating black achievement. As articulated in the attached article from the June 1939 Oracle, the efficacy of this latter practice was not lost on Omega.

Make it a great month Brothers. Be Noble!
