Greetings Brothers!

“the study of the state of being alive is confined to that organization which is peculiar to it,” but that “life as an event lies in a combination of chemical stuffs exhibiting physical properties; and it is in this combination, i.e., its behavior
and activities, and in it alone that we can seek life.” – Ernest E. Just

Belatedly, this Monday Pearl reflects on the life of Omega Man and Founder Dr. Ernest E. Just on the occasion of his birthday on August 14th. His accomplishments and contributions are known to the brotherhood and elsewhere. Although the products of his life’s work were many and well-documented, the Committee attempts this week to present the person behind the contributions and, in doing so, present the embodiment and character of Omega.
Attached you will find three resources that contain descriptions of Founder Just – the man.  The descriptions are provided by his Doctoral Advisor, Frank Lillie, and one of his students, Brother Dr. W. Montague Cobb. We trust you will recognize the Omega in these passages and be moved to continue your emulation of the same…for as you live, so lives Omega.
You may also find this interview we found on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mgNszyj7R48 informational.
Make it a great week Brothers. Be noble!
