Greetings and Happy New Year Brothers,

As we turn the page on 2021 and usher in the New Year 2022, I greet you in the name of the Supreme Basileus, who has blessed us tremendously to see the beginning of a New Year. Brothers, we met and continue to meet the world’s health challenges face-to-face like soldiers and thank God for our unconquerable soul. Be ever comforted knowing God’s plan is perfect. He provides us with the strength and wisdom we need to overcome any obstacle. Take a moment of silence and reflection to honor our Brothers, Friends, and loved ones who are not here to see the New Year with us physically but will ever be in our hearts.

A huge Omega thank you to the Brothers of the Third District. Throughout 2021, we made the difficulty we faced appear easy as we persevered to ensure our Brothers and communities were supported and uplifted. We used our ingenuity to press through barriers, as demonstrated by a year filled with numerous accomplishments throughout the District. A few notables are the record raising $45,826 for St. Jude, nearly $85,000 in scholarships presented to our youth to advance their education, and monetary donations presented to the District and Chapters in support of the Fatherhood Initiative & Mentoring program ($10,000 grant). Additionally, Brothers were elected to serve in government and several chapters celebrated notable anniversary year milestones.

Brothers, we have embarked on the New Year 2022. It is for us to reach for the stars and continue to build on our success from 2021. As you are aware, Iron sharpens Iron. Let us ensure we remain strong, wise, and deliberate regarding serving and strengthening our communities, mentor our youth, maintain the support of the mandated programs, and provide scholarships to advance our youth’s academic opportunities.

On behalf of the leadership and Brothers of the Third District “The Birthplace of Omega,” Brothers, I wish you and your family a year filled with prosperity, love, and laughter. Additionally, I want you to know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. We are thankful for each of you and appreciate all that you do. Once again, thank you, Third District, for your work, dedication, and commitment to the communities and people you serve.

In Friendship,
Conrado B. Morgan
