THIRD DISTRICT National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) – The National Pan-Hellenic Council Committee shall assist the local Chapters in the District in the planning and implementation of NPHC activities at the local, district and international levels for Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. The Committee shall also assist and coordinate all actions at the region and international levels with NPHC.

In accordance with language in the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) Constitution/By-Laws, Divine Nine chapters will join a council in their area. If a council does not exist, a council can be created if there are at least two members of the Divine Nine in that area. This includes all functional chapters in the 3rd District of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
Therefore, on behalf of the District Representative, it is requested that the information below be sent to all Chapter Basilei in the 3rd District to complete and return by Thursday, August 19, 2021, indicating their current relationship with the National Pan-Hellenic Council in their area.
