Historical Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) – The Historical Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Committee shall be charged with identifying, implementing and presenting strategic plans, protocols, mechanisms, education curriculums and supporting any financial request for HBCU. The committee is charged with working with the International HBCU Committee of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and all HBCU in Washington, D.C. and Virginia.
