Pi Lambda Lambda (PLL) chapter, Third District of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Prince William County, Virginia – on October 23, 2021, Brothers of “Team PLL Ques” pulled an 82-ton FedEx Jet across 12 feet of the tarmac in benefit of Special Olympics of Virginia at the Dulles Day Plane Pull. This was a fantastic event supporting an incredible organization. The Special Olympics of Virginia provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in various Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. We were thrilled to be a part of the Dulles Plane Pull that raised over $5,343 to benefit this local effort. A special shout Out to the Brothers of Psi Nu, OKK, and Sigma Mu Mu chapters, and Ms. Kenya Johnson, who represented Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. We appreciate all those who stepped up to support such a worthy cause.
