Fort Eustis, VA - On December 7, 2018, the Fort Eustis Brothers came together to recognize and celebrate Kappa Iota Iota Chapter (KII), Third District, Omega Psi Phi, Fraternity, Inc. on their 27th anniversary.  The graduate chapter is located at Fort Eustis, VA and was founded on December 7, 1991 and established as the 865th chapter by the International Headquarters of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., with Twenty Charter Members.  The chapter is located in the “Mighty Third District” surrounded by the city of Newport News.  The mission of the chapter is to accommodate the northern portion of the peninsula to include Williamsburg, Gloucester, York County and the Fort Eustis community.  Brother Brigadier General Scottie Dingle is credited with organizing the charter members.  Prior to its name designation, the “Fort Eustis Ques” were laying a positive foundation throughout the “Hampton Roads” area by focusing on the Christian and cardinal principles for the fraternity and community involvement.  The nickname “Service Chapter” is most descriptive and notoriously known for.  Our very own Third District Representative Brother Kevin Brown, the 29th Third District Representative, is a significant member of this trend-setting chapter.  This military chapter earned Small Chapter of the Year and Social Action Chapter of the Year at the 2015 District Meeting.  Congratulations again to KII on your 27 years in the fraternity and may the Supreme Basileus continue to bless you on your next 100 years to come.
